Built and ran employee experience programs (new hire onboarding, apprenticeships, mentorships, coaching, internships, and short-term assignments)
Implemented and scaled processes for enterprise-wide performance management
Designed and facilitated large-scale events (in-person and virtual)
Consulted on career ladders, experience maps, and job profiles
